Gloucestershire win but Cleeve have A Ball
As England battled to win the Ashes, Gloucestershire County Cricket Club turned out a strong First XI at Cleeve CC’s Meeting House Lane ground, for the Twenty20 benefit match for Chris Taylor.
Chris Taylor called the toss correctly and elected to bat first. England Lion Steve Kirby opened the batting with Ian Saxelby, but Kirby was soon on his way back to the pavilion for just 4.
