On Sunday, Cleeve played host to an all-star Gloucestershire CCC XI in a Twenty20 match. The day was a great success with a good crowd turning out to see a strong Gloucestershire lineup of Craig Spearman, Hamish Marshall, Jack Russell, Steve Kirby, Chris Taylor, Kadeer Ali, Mike Smith, Mark Hardinges, David Brown, Steve Adshead and Alex Gidman.

Cleeve chairman, Allan Burn, spoke briefly after the game to thank Craig Spearman, the Gloucestershire players, and all those who helped with the organisation of the event. Club captain, Robbie Hoffeldt, reiterated Allan's comments and gave a short summary of the successful league winning season enjoyed by the First XI this season.
Craig Spearman thanked all those who turned up to support the event, including his team-mates and Rob Cave, for his help during Craig's Benefit Year.
